It's probably just a fancy dressed up delf. Other NPCs you can tell what their base is by chopping off arms or legs. My favorite is the illithids which are really deep elves.

Yeah

The sprite guards of sith used to 'thrash their tail' at you, and had four or so hands.

It was creepy.

Spiders should be able to throw a minimum of 4 at you in a round. You got lucky it was one.

No. It can't. It wouldn't just throw something at you out of the blue without you having initated.

In short, I think that half-elf's throwing skill must be SUPERG.
