I think the NPCs stats are either specifically set by the imm designer, or if not just set to the average for the race/class.

The attributes of a NPC are determined by class, race, and level. The statistics, (those that don't show in attribute) are variable by designer's choice, but there is a top and a bottom end to the range for every NPC.


So, like a master level human? Does it usually have 23 in its primary and 20 in the others, or what?

Speaking of max stats, do sorc NPCs have max art? I hate getting blinded by a color spray when im leveling my expert char, it makes me really mad and it makes training so damn boring and long long long.

Color spray is especially bad as a deep-elf. Who wants to sit around blind for 21 minutes waiting for it to wear off? And yes, back when I had my deep-elf I went through that enough that I did time it. 21 minutes of blindness for every hit of color spray. Oh goodie!
