I think the melee damage system as it works today is a bit broken. Warrior giants dish out insane amounts of damage while small/tiny warrior are laughable. How about size damage multiplier is changed so that small/medium/large has the same multiplier and giants a little plus while tiny has a little minus?

I just think the numbers needs to be shrinked in general. Not a whole lot but just a little.

What I worry about though is if the numbers are changed for melee sizes doesn't this mean small/tiny will do even less damage than it does now? If so wouldn't that be a problem? I don't think those sizes do too much damage.

What I am saying is this. Assume that the 0% extra dmg is for medium sized creatures. Smaller creatures does a percentage less dmg and larger creatures does a percentage more dmg.

Now, take all of the percentages and make them closer to 0%. So, small/tiny would do more dmg then before. Large/giant would do a little less.

I still think the best solution is to have each race have their own dmg modifer so that people don't just become giant humans to bypass the weakness of humans of only being medium sized.

I gotcha...I agree with that 100% I would love to see small/tiny races do a bit more damage.

I currently play a tiny-size warrior, this does not need to be tweaked at all.

Sprites do less damage than everybody, they get an extra attack, I don't see a shortage of sprites runnining around.(I currently play one)

If you put some PREPARATION into your character you will do more than enough damage. GS/Haste/Frenzy

And why do you want to wimp griffons and centaurs?
