I know that many of the inns can't be locked from the inside (Sith comes to mind). Couldn't that scripting be used for the other doors in other cities?

It's now like that in Krychire and Teron too. But I think this issue may still come up when

(1) person A logs out in a private inn room
(2) person B buys and uses a key to the same room [previously?] being occupied by person A
(3) person B locks the room again on their way out

and only in that instance.

Could be worse, but I'm not completely satisfied with this.
