The mistake you make in phrasing your argument in this context is that Jardek is actually okay with doing that...as long as he's the beneficiary.

Considering the silliness of the arguments from the other side ("We don't abuse this to the full potential that it can be abused, so leave it alone!"), it warrants a lighthearted response.

The very fact that it can be abused means that it should be fixed - just like the adjective thing of a few months ago. I would hate to have to start a character, do a tribunal and deck every single one of them out in leet gear just to have you guys all start crying until it gets changed (again, like the adjective thing a few months ago).

No, OA made the thread and it was something like six pages before I made a single post. I note that nobody was deleted for bringing IC info ooc though, how strange!

I'd like to see an imm (preferably Dulrik) weigh in on the topic. If the imms say that this change won't come into effect that's cool and I'll work with what I've got (though I want it publicly known that I predicted this thread would get spectacular appearance from DA fighting tooth and nail. My predictions = rock).
