Allow me to restate your arguement for you.

A giant mercentary, a human mercenary, and two paladins were attacking one guy and a priest couldn't keep him healed.

Try again Cannibal, use my example. The log where Paern and Myrenesse ganked Aliquada. 1 human barb, 1 human scout and 1 tamed trinoceros did over 800 HP dmg to that sick tank as you all say in 1 round.

If that NPC now had the ability to shield block/parry do you think it would last longer?

I say much longer. I'm sure JVJ and Lolth would agree with me.

NPCs able to wear EQ >>> NPCs w/out inventory

If you can't see that, you are just stupid. If you can see that and don't use it for your tribunal, you are just lazy. End of story.

Trying to convince aneone with one NPC getting plowed under by two mercs and two paladins though is rediculous.

A hammer barb with an HoL and a scout with a trino can dish out some massive damage too...

Eh ... this un-equipped NPC tanked about twice as good as a fully equipped GM swash in that log. That's [REDACTED] up - I dare say Aliquada is better than Balacha.
