For the record, I don't think this will change anything. As far as I've seen, there is no hard-coded advantage to an aberrant or principled rogue. It's true that you may not be able to get into certain religions, in the case of hard-asses who are in love with know alignment. (You know who you are.)

However, I don't see why you can't just roll scrupulous / miscreant - diabolic, close your eyes, and pretend you were principled or aberrant, and have just as rich of a gaming experience.

That said, the crushing volume of how much this change didn't accomplish draws even more attention to how stupid of a change it was. The RP affects how the skillset is used, the skillset does not affect how the RP is used. I'm sorely disappointed that Dulrik, who has always been a good admin for us, decided to spend his SK time to kill RP, instead of fixing something more important. *Anything* more important. Like how PE loss in wilderness movement doesn't obey the pythagorean theorum.
