So, just to be straight, the first event is at 3pm EST on a Monday? And the second at 1pm EST on a Thursday? -.- Yeaaaa...I can't really make that. :(

Or is it 7pm and 5pm?

It is at 5PM PST. So that should be what...8PM EST? I think... I know its 7 PM CST. All times correspond to the time command in game. So if you are game time + 3 hours, then yes, it will be 8 PM for you. The difference is + 2 here, so I know its 7.

No, the first event is 8PM on a Monday. All of those dates are in server time which is also Pacific Daylight Time. I tried using GMT - 8:00 (which means 8 hours behind Greenwich Mean Time) to indicate the world time, because I thought that would be less confusing to people overseas. But maybe not.
