How many ranks of speed and accuracy does it raise the weapon you choose? Is it only like 1 or 2 or is it pretty significant?

This is ShatteredKingdoms, where numbers are extinct!

Sad, but true.

You could test it by taking the lowest rank of speed with which you can still get 4 attacks w/o spec and then taking the lowest rank of speed with which you can get 4 attack w/ spec, and assuming that spec raises the speed by the difference of the two. As for accuracy, though, it's anybody's guess. I suppose if you measured the number of speed ranks, you could assume that it raises the accuracy by the same.

You're pretty much guaranteed to get one more attack than you get without specialize, for speed anyways.

Other question is. Is there an upper limit? Like if you spec in something a few notches below a sai in accuracy. Can you exceed that of the Sai or merely become equal? Also, speccing in one of the upper end weapons, will it make it that much more accurate, or is there a point where it becomes moot?

A sai naturally can only get 4 attacks. Some weapons allow you to get a 5th attack with specialize.

It doesn't really matter. The most accurate weapon anyone will ever spec is flamberge/greatsword, and the accuracy certainly increases for that.

Been thinking about trying out epee. See if the super fast and super accurate weapon can be turned into good tanking. Im guessing no one has tried it?

It's not a good idea.
