Someone utters the words, 'szculayuqann'.
A wrecked male halfling fades into existence.
A wrecked male halfling yells 'Guards! Sakim is trying to murder me!'
You pierce at a wrecked male halfling's stomach, smashing a deep gash.

A noble, white horse walks north.

You run east.

Zhenshi Law Office
The distinct lack of chairs in this office indicates the common Zhenshi
custom of sitting on floors or cushions. The judge's seat is actually one
very large cushion, behind a low, ink-stained table, near the northern wall.
The large, secured trapdoor down leads into a dungeon where those who break
the laws of Zhenshi may find ample time (though not space) to contemplate
their actions.
Obvious exits: w d(closed)
There is a fresh loaf of pumpernickel bread here, tempting you.
A bamboo framed proclamation has been posted here.
A burly female giant is here.
An armored male dwarf is here, standing guard.

Judge Kelah is here.
A giant cityguard walks in from the west.

Yeah that doesn't make sense then...is it because he wasn't detecting invis and couldn't see who uttered the words? Sorta how with a super secret cabal spell you don't see any crimes committed because you don't technically see them being committed?

Not a bug if the person involved is a tribunal member.

Hes not a member of my tribunal. If hes a member of another tribunal then that makes no sense.

You can't get accused of attempted murder for attacking a tribunal member in his country.

That was the (admittedly poor) fix for the fact that tribunals liked to get people outlawed by attacking people themselves and relying on their law immunity to get the other person in trouble. Someday the code for that will probably get revisited again, but for now that's how it works.
