The song never affected maximum number of attacks, just the chance of whether you would get any specific attack. Glanced at the code and I don't see that I made any changes.

A couple of months ago I could almost constantly drop any NPC I was facing that normally got three-four attacks to one-two attacks just by singing songs of sleep. Now, I've yet to see it drop a single attack off a NPC for the last three or four weeks.

If there was a change, it wasn't intentional on my part. I also haven't made any combat changes since the prone stuff.

I'll bet its just the NPCs AI throwing out their mood defensive/aggressive, more than likely going aggro when under the songs?
