The ability to hold two charms in combat without fear of losing one due to concentration issues would be far to powerful for sorcerors. Keep in mind I also play a sorceror. If you want multiple charms use wands, and the time limit that comes with them.

an unaged delf with full int can't rest while holding two charms, without losing one. And as far as I know, half-elves can't even hold one and sleep. (Both helf mages I've seen may not have had full int though, I didn't ask).
I know a lot of you are probably going to say no, but I thought I'd say it anyway and see what people say.

Are you informing the mud or are you complaining? If you are informing the mud, then let me be the first to tell you, "Duh!" If you are complaining then perhaps next time you can do so intelligently (i.e. proper grammar, non-retarded sentence structure, ect.) What is it exactly we will say, "no" to? I say, "no" to you, as a person, existing. Is that what you mean?

Opey

Let me make it perfectly clear then.
A 24 int deep-elf sorc can't rest while holding two charms.
A half-elf sorc can't sleep while holding one.
What I'm asking is whether anyone else thinks it's a good idea to lower concentration cost slightly. Understand now?

Not really.

Either get mana batteries, powerful charm wands/scrolls or other pets in your groups.

Well, it is the Gameplay forum so I won't comment on your communication skills (oops!). But, to answer your question, no. No one thinks it is a good idea to lower concentration costs slightly.

I think its a great idea. Never speak on behalf of everyone, they'll disagree with you just because.

What do mana batteries have to do with concentration?

No need to rest. I'm sure he can keep two charmies while standing.
