I wish there were a way to see what you named your pet after you buy it. If you can't play for a week or so you're not going to remember it, unless you name your pet the same thing over and over again.. which I think isn't very realistic, do you name your own pets the same names over and over again when they die?

I always name my pet the same thing.

I usually use an old character name of mine. I know its kind of OOC but its easy to remember, and only once did it get any sort of odd looks when I asked another person to summon my lost pet.

I meant like real life pets - they are all too different to give the same name to. But in SK, I especially can't name different types of pets different names.

But your pet didn't really die. It got injured, then lost, then found its way back to the stable and you have to buy your pet back again.

Actually, you're just paying the kind stable master for his or her time spent on nursing your life-long pet back to health.

Then, some @#%#$ created a character with that name and my favorite pet name became illegal

I always name my pets kilo

Mine always used to be Jiji or Kiok. It sounds random but it's easy and quick as hell to type in a jam.

I use the same pet name everytime as well, and no it's not Elshare sorceress of the fields. It's something else. And welcome back Lady Jennbo.
