This has never worked. I have been a strong advocate for something of the kind. Maybe it's time to revamp the suggestion, again. Would certainly make note posting --> the transfer of IC information IC easier.
This doesn't reveal who is in an organization but it does get a message communicated for the advancement of RP.
Suggestions: Make these viable targets for note posting. They should not be legal character names anyway.

That's why there are local boards... right?
Though I suppose if you are trying to reach all citizens of a country regardless of where they are, you'd want something like taslamar, zhenshi, empire, ayamao, uxmal, deeps, etc to work.
