Someone punches at your chest, causing a big, bleeding wound!
You pierce at someone's chest, ripping open his stomach!
You strike suddenly, piercing at his chest! Some GUTS fall!

Overall, someone has some big nasty wounds and scratches.

Unless i stabbed him in his nuts while in combat, how do I know its a guy im killing?

Okay, but I know its a lean male half-elf im fighting, yet I only receive gender information while blinded rather then what they are.

And to answer your question, when your hitting someone with a weapon im sure they are going to grunt or make noises when fighting unless you are deaf and cant speak :P

I mean if I was getting hit by a sword, id be making some kind of noise...

Im sure you can tell the difference between a man and womans noises.
