I can see a monk describing the emotion that he felt, but not acting on said emotion. Going into a rage? I don't think that is very monastic.

I recently tried to RP a griffon barb into the Fist, had real solid RP. Unfortunately for some reason they will not let a barb in no matter what RP you will adhere to. My barbarian wanted to shed his barbaric ways and become a balanced and controlled fighter. He had anger problems and would rage randomly and sought the monks out to help him in his desires to control his emotions and find enlightenment. Unfortunately no matter what kind of awesome concept you come up with it gets shot down by some old [REDACTED] rule. I even suggested having berserk/fury taken off my skill set but in the end I decided it wasn't worth all the crap just to try to get in.

What about the entire cabal eating frenzy/gs herbs even though they have plain gs herbs readily available? Yawn.

I hate to say it A, but you're wrong. They act on those feelings regularly.

I didn't with my most recent Fist. I know that a number of the Fist do not. Some do. I can't speak for all of them, but I know what I've seen.
