Its possible to track actual kills and log times. It isn't possible to track attempted kills. Is there an email headed my way about this?

Nope, if it happens again though, sure.

Just want to point out that a lot of people do that. Just now, in fact.

Governor's Dais

tapestry depicts the seal of the Emperor of Zhenshi, bordered by two
smaller banners.

A plush chair with extra pillows stands here.
A beautifully woven rug hovers in the air.
An anemic female human is flying here.
(Charmed) A spirit steed is here mounted by you.
Khormien is here.
A fat male human sits here on a comfortable perch, looking bored.
An observant bodyguard stands here, arms crossed.

You disband the group.
Isn't an anemic female human just so nice?
You now follow an anemic female human.

A magic carpet soars north.
You follow an anemic female human north.

I hit the magic carpet, because my character hates magic carpets (and mephits, and anything that's not spirit/prayer based), and for some reason, she flees and leaves me be. So I go to report her:

And low and below, she's logged off within 3 minutes.

So, if you want to smear people's names publicly, I'd recommend going to general discussion. Till then, just quietly submit your things to the immstaff.

This is a common thing.

I didn't know that charmed people had that much free will.

I agree, she should PM an imm the whole log so you can get cursed.

Charm is not the same as dominate.

Charm, you'll do anything your charmer wants because you feel your charmer is the greatest thing since sliced bread.

Dominate, you'll do anything your master wants because you don't want dead or worse.

Yup, different but same effect. You yourself have no control over your actions due to the fact someone else owns your mind. And any charmee who acts to the detriment of the charmer, that charmee deserves a "half your levels" curse.

Now sit down and shut up before you have to untie your shoes to brush your teeth.

Charm Person wrote:
Note that in this entire process the target never loses his/her free thought
or will. In fact they retain nearly all of the former abilities, the only
things lost are the ability to leave the presence of the caster do to the
major emotional bond they feel toward the caster, nor can anyone under this
spell attack the caster for the same reason. It is important to point out
that if some persons thought is strongly enough bent against the caster the
charmed person is very able to break free of the spell should they be
resourceful enough to do so, regardless of actual emotion feeling toward the
sorcerous individual.

Domination wrote:
In this state of helplessness it is a mere matter of power, the victim will submit to
commands given him because he no longer has any will of his own....Many people of high
standing in this area of study say that being under the control of a
domination spell would be like; becoming a living zombie, feeling the urge
to run but being unable to, being in a state of complete and utter
intimidation, or trying to scream so hard that one opens their mouth but no
sound follows... A person under this spell will have almost no
personal freedoms, it is debatable whether or not they can defy the caster
any more than a target of Charm Person, but one thing is certain the
workings of this spell are more hostile to the mind than any other mind
control-related spells.

These are IC. Now hush.

What he did was instantly order his spirit steed attack my carpet (I would guess he ordered it to attack ME but I can't prove this).

I have sent e-mails with the log to all imms and expect them to do something about it. Charm person should be one of those cases in which the victim should be able only to emote/pemote/say/tell/cb.

I logged off in 3 mins cause I got utterly sick of the [REDACTED] mikalai pulled off. It's one of those rare cases when I REALLY want a character be punished for [REDACTED] RP.
