Its cool, an imm decided one tribunal's every NPC tells when an outlaw engages, and others don't get it. Keepers kinda do, being sentinels/templar are the same NPC with a different name.

If a PC is third row the reaching weapon of the bounty NPC does not reach, so that cabal/tribunal isn't alerting making the pc able to kill at will without anyone knowing, it this by design?

Every flagged talon NPC tells over CB when they strike an outlaw. I requested it for others, it was denied, but when I was playing in Keepers, Sentinels used to say over CB chat, and still do, because they are they same NPC, just slightly altered in appearance.

I fail to see how the strongest tribunal needs another NPC to send tells over its CB as a priority. Excuse me, I am not here to be your punching bag. Since I said no in PMs now we discuss it in public? I'm pretty much unconvinced how this is necessary for your group (and right now!), because one group has it.

*Ahem* Err, I'm not here to talk about how some tribs may or not have NPCs that report to CB.

I just want those NPCs that -do- to report whether they engage NPCs or PCs. Is this possible? Otherwise, bounty hunters can be easily drained by necros and with a little trouble, many other classes with zero risk to the drainee.

I don't even know what you mean. Is there a bug with bounty NPCs?

Okay...Group formation is wraith front row, wraith second row, necro behind the two wraiths. He's saying that the bounty NPCs don't say anything when they spawn and attack the necro, but can't reach them, and hit the second row undead instead.

Hm. Does anyone have a log reproducing this? Could you send it to Dulrik?
