Yeah but this person seems to be saying there are particular NPCs you can still use as anchors and I'm waiting to hear how. I don't think it's true.

It's Ruud. Don't bother. We all know his knowledge over mechanics. I mean he thinks that lvl 30 undead barbs are totally OP and imba as law NPCs(compared to GM giant barbs or champ swashies or paladins). :lol:
