Griffons are fine, until I play one, then they'll need 16 eq slots, but for now they're good.

There are some griffon only stores with griffon bows and things like that, some armor maybe. It's on the mainland too.

Aside from there being zero to none newbie griffon stores, griffons has the best higher lvl stores with both tanso and cold iron available.
