Shattered Kingdoms

There are a lot of lower level ones, at least five that immediately come to mind, and another half dozen lowbie bards that I'm pretty sure are below secondary characters in priority for their owners, since I haven't seen them in nearly a month. As far as upper level bards go, there's at least six, only one of which I haven't seen on recently, and I think there are a couple more that I don't know as well, since I recall a few being mentioned in response to the last question like this.
