What pysical stats decrease at the 3/4 age tick? Anyone know?

I remember seeing posted somewhere that not all physical stats decrease with each age tick but can't remember where it was.

From my understanding, it goes something like this:

1/2 max = -str, -dex
3/4 max = +cha, +int, +wis, -con, -?

I'll find out in a week or so but would rather know now!

Thanks,
pudgy

I'm not 100% sure, but I think str, dex, and con take a hit at each age tick.

.50 = -STR -DEX
.75 = -STR -DEX -CON +WIS +INT +CHA

I believe that's how it is, and the 9/10ths tick repeats the 3/4ths results.

Unless it has changed since I played Caladian, but when he age ticked twice, I thought that I could train charisma, and when I bug logged it, I was told that you don't ever get an increase in your cha when you age. I said, bs because that meant that only a cabal can get 25 cha.

Thanks guys. Was hoping dex wouldn't go down. Bah.

By the way, Dulrik if you happen to see this did you ever change it so you can train your stats once you age tick? Last time I checked (which was admittedly long ago) you couldn't do it for some reason. Muktar mentioned the bug earlier in this thread.

I was told it wasn't a "bug", that's just the way it goes. Which makes no sense at all. You cannot use up saved mentor points to train said attributes. All you can do is use modifiers.

I'll be very happy if this got changed.

Second age tick gives +CHA and no DEX penalty.

Yeah that so-called "feature" is bs. Really makes there no reason to keep a character for long amounts of times since you don't get to actually train into those stats.

I could have sworn that when someone mentioned it in another thread (1-2 months ago?), Dulrik sounded as though he either didn't know it existed or didn't believe it worked that way. I'll see if I can find it somewhere. Definitely a bug in my book, though.

I mean, better if both your current AND max stats would change with age rather than just the maximums, but that's a long dead horse I've since stopped beating.
