For the love of God. Can we please remove Voodoo, and give them something else.

Now, I know I do not know a lot about the game, thus my thoughts are probably not right on target with the way things really work. But bare with me a little!

I think being able to get a body part of another and making a voodoo doll is pretty cool. Perhaps the shaman can target parts of their body, break their arms,legs, neck, make them bleed from the pours. That would be awesome.

What I don't think is very fair is that a shaman can voodoo someone they have never met and kill them. I know people will say, "wear blah blah kinds of enchantment to stop this, or keep sanc/other spells i know nothing about/ to help from being killed from one voodoo. Yeah, that's all jiffy and all, but not everyone knows every single about the game.

But then again, i think no one should have an instant kill skill. I know voodoo apparently isn't instant kill to EVERYONE, so don't flame me on that. I just think there are many more things that could be done with a skill called Voodoo.

Spam voodoo.

There's one way to get what you want done, Syn. Make a shaman and get your friends to play shamans too. Start voodoo killing players in the morning with double or triple voodoos. Join a tribunal so you can abuse it relentlessly at almost no risk to yourself.

Nearly every significant change this game has seen has been due to a player using an overpowered skill to its fullest extent, aka "abuse." Keep up the tradition.

ah i still think it'd be fun RPLY if a shaman punched the doll and .. the person got punched in the head:/ but i guess not practical

Voodoo has many drawbacks unlike the other 1 hit insta killers, its not that overpowered really.

What are the drawbacks?

Someone else has to go loot the corpse.

You can gate to the voodoo'er VERY easily...

When you gate to them, they cannot move or do anything, so its insta kill for them also unless they have backup there with them.

They have to have lots of ME mods and really they have to have a doll to be able to much damage anyways.
