Actually, I'm pretty sure finesse does NOT allow you to ignore the heavy armor bonus. As described in the help file, finesse lets you find the chinks in people's armor, but those are the chinks that still have secondary protection when wearing heavy armor.

OH SNAP.

So finesse is really just a further enhancement to a weapon's accuracy, huh? It has nothing to do with bypassing the heavy armor bonus...

'Oh snap' has many more uses. Furthermore, when someone is 'told' it is more appropriate to group with others and create an 'oooooo'ing sound, followed by an ecstatic 'oh hell nah!'.
