As long as you have the item that gives you entry to the apartment/house.

I was under the impression that House could not be owned by anyone. Is their unique keys that there is only one of so that only one person could own a place?

it would be awesome if you could perma own a house for the life of a character if possible, considering the amount of houses in the realms. and it would help rp instead of everyone being technically homeless and such. You can throw house parties and use great pickup lines "hey baby lets take this party to my place"!!!!!

I know the house I "own" is being rented by like four other people :P

Always the best when you're just sitting there relaxing and another character logs in and puts on all their clothes.

There are two areas to my knowledge where players can purchase "leases" to houses, or "keys" to apartments. If you were to, say, buy all the keys, then no one else could live there, and you could rp "ownership".

However, individual house/apartment descriptions will not be changed on players' whim. You take it how you find it.

Location: Not in the south anymore. Woohoo.
It would be nice if you could keep apartment and inn room keys through log outs. How do people feel about that? The key would be yours until you lose it or junk it.

As long as all house entrances/inn rooms are bashable I don't think that it would be a balance issue, shrug.
