Armor shops are not taking armor at this point.

Use TYPO while standing in any shop that exhibits this kind of error and we'll check whether it's a builder typo (easily fixed) or a code bug.

Thanks.

Alshain, this probably isn't a bug.

We've just finished a pass at making the shops consistent. Previously, just about every shop would buy armor even though it wasn't an armor shop. That's no longer the case. Now you should find no more than two shops that buy a specific type of item per capitol city and no more than one in any other area. Having a limited number of shops per item type will make it easier for people to find items they want to buy, and as we finish fixing the last bugs, there will be few selling limitations remaining.

Why did you change the merc guild though? That's just crazy!

are there any plans for "catch-all" buyers that might by almost anything, like for example pawnbrokers, but at a vastly reduced price?

There are a couple of pawnbrokers in the game already, perhaps they could be used as last resort options in some cases?

Uh. That was one of the most broken selections of shops in the game. Crazy? I will need further code tweaks from Dulrik to get things stabilized finally within the various areas. So, shops may change. Please bear with me while further corrections are made.

There are no such plans. Why would you need a "last resort"? Just sell your stuff at the appropriate shop.

Please elaborate. What does that have to do with my quote?

No idea why I quoted you:P, sorry, that was just supposed to be a statement. Leveling seems easier than it was even a couple months ago.

It's supposed to be easier until Expert and no harder than before until Mentor. Only after Mentor should it be harder.
