I wish that I could skillfully rhyme
But I can't string two words together
So I wrote a haiku

It is easier than ever to reach a 'playable' level.
And -no- your char is not unplayable before champion. A skilled player on an expert char or even below can rock the field.
A not so skilled player should still be able to have fun at mentor - also with pk.

To me it seems the curve was bend in the benefit for lowerlevels, more so than it was bend towards harder at higher levels as well.

I'm confused. Are you saying that the detect aura spell is OOC? Because it isn't.

Neither is finding out someone's name through their severed limbs.

You can't do that anymore without the identify spell...
Or has it really been around half a year since you played a serious character?

I was under the impression you were Parnys just under a different forum name.

The Original "parnys" was "synrap" as i recall it. Or maybe it was parnys and then she made synrap as a second account. I don't remember. But they were never the same person.

The original Parnys was another name entirely and Javar's forum has a lovely option that lets you change your display name, so it's been a lot of things over time, most of them stupid.

To stay vaguely on topic, I like how earlier levels are way easier but it'd be nice if you could get to Expert before it goes way high on you. I could care less about leveling once I get all of my spells. =(

Upon further investigation, I apologize for everything I said earlier about darky priests having trouble in the later levels.
