Voodoo shaman trains mana, rolls higher WIS classes. (Gnome, for example)

A character built for voodoo is going to be geared towards healing/maledicting, not riding front row with Spirit Aura like other shamans.

You also missed, I think.

Does art affect what maledictions land on a voodoo?

Does mana pool affect how long a shaman is immobile?

Maledictions, I would think so.

How long they're immobile? I have no idea why. But a higher mana pool will make for a more powerful voodoo.

So shamans are either spirit horde oriented, or voodoo oriented?

I dunno, but from playing Eiveira/Liwuyai, and then Eziri. Somewhere along the line shaman tanking got hit with the nerf bat.

Liwuyai and Eiveira could tank all day, and Liwuyai never even had the sacred eq. But Eziri was like fragile.

Shaman tanking (and other forms of tanking, though somewhat to a lesser extent) was nerfed during the time of Elasachar/Caerbannog/Synerie. I can't seem to recall further significant nerfs after that.
Meh, aim mid isn't really enticing either (On account of the fact that you stop gaining experience if you cut off your opponents arms), and who wants to go around training with aim lower? That just looks depressing.
I have used aim lower on several occasions with good results. Its much nicer to take a bit longer to kill a few NPCs than to sit forever when dirt kicked.

Shouldn't a Shaman be outlawed for a voodoo in the Kingdom where the spell is cast, instead of in the Kingdom where the victim is hit?

Did this get changed? I thought a voodoo wasn't considered a crime?

No. If a shaman were outlawed in the kingdom where the spell is cast, tribunal shamans could spam voodoo without any fear of law retribution.

Of course, since shamans don't actually have to visit opposing kingdoms, that's not much consolation. But it's better than the alternative.

I know voodoo isn't a crime where the VICTIM is(I've voodooed judges before), not sure about where you are when you do it.
