Massive <3'age for the addition of the Auto Reminder feature.

Having seen the uses of this, I'd like to suggest a second one for the color impaired *cough*. Nah, not necessarily colour blindness, just a long and abiding hatred for ansi colour, and being forced to turn it on just so that I can figure out what someone's saying. How about an auto speech that tells you what language someone is speaking in? This is more than a little useful for dealing with new PCs who are limited in languages.

Example: auto speech
auto speech ON
Xorvithien says, in Taslamaran: Yay!
auto speech OFF
Xorvithien says: Yay!

Thoughts?

I would -never- use this, but it would not bother me to have the toggle. It would be good for those pesky telnet users, too.

I remember telnet. It did amazing things for my typing speed, but getting rid of telnet was like a blessing straight from god.

Are you serious? How can you even play this game without ANSI Color?

Eh, I play about 1/3 of the time on a basic windows telnet client. The only super annoying thing about it is that I get a lot of "Huh? Type 'help' for a list of commands." because I'm used to my zmud aliases, and I can't see what I'm typing so I tend to typo more than usual. It's really not too bad though.

I prefer putty to telnet when using minimalist clients.

Telnet has color now. At least the one I occasionally use does. Go to the uh, topmudsites, click on the info button next to SK, then click on the telnet address. I think. Been a while since I used it.

Sure it has color. I still prefer putty. Its more flexible without any loss of that minimalist feel.
