and they get Spirit Aura?

Dirt kicking is not a skill of shamans, not an innate ability of minotaur.

PCs can get spirit aura and not be a shaman. Why can't minotaurs who may or may not be barbs, but certainly aren't involved in any religion?

Neither of the minotaurs are barbs as they dont counterstrike. Besides, the "shamanic" minotaur, with SA, you would figure to be a "shaman"
