They already drank the spirit aura vial so they should drop empty vials.

Then people will want their vials to turn empty and reusable when they quaff them. Which makes sense. But then there is the side that will argue that the vial is tainted with magic. To which the first side will say to make a way to clean them. Then the second side will make the excuse that magic can't be cleansed. The first side will then counter that you can remove curses and compulsions, why not this. Bah. I'll just let the rest of you fight it out.
