No friggen wonder...

If a charmie (non undead) is initiating combat against a law NPC, there is no channel notification of engagement/death of the law NPCs. (Generally speaking when a law NPC is engaged by a PC, we'll get notified of what's going on...)

This has led to a seriously BAD mess between one individual and at this point, my character, never mind a bank account.

I can't believe this one has not come up before. But perhaps, we haven't had someone trying so hard to make a leader of a group's life a living hell

Hmm yes. It does seem to make sense.

If I fixed it, I'm glad. I did make some adjustments.

I posted this in the Keepers forum about 6 months ago when I played Pyras and Misha solo drained the Keeper accounts repeatedly in matters of hours.

Ah, so it's bounty NPCs, not law NPCs? Great. Then by all means, it should be fixed.

Something is still amiss.

I know for a fact that you can get reported for ordering a charm to get something from a corpse. I've done it enough to know.

Think the reference was that the while there was a report, there was no mention in the channels. Or perhaps theft isn't voiced?

Umm...actual crimes don't get voiced on the CB channel. The bounty NPCs are just supposed to say "[TALON] A golden griffon : I have engaged Prince Lathron!" when they first initiate combat.

Maybe the way to fix this would be to have them go "I have sighted Ealuriel at the Rumbling Zakami!" instead, even if they don't engage in combat.
