The Meeting Hall of the Rumbling Zakami
This larger room is filled with a large solid wooden table lined with
matching wooden chairs. The dark colored upholstery of the chairs matches
the border of the walls. Against the southern wall is a large wooden and
buffet shaped object. Similar to the main area to the northeast, the walls
have a cream hue with metallic colored glints. Double doors lead back to
the main area of the inn.

A Garden Veranda
Lattice fences allow for various vines to climb and plants to be hung
along with some white and tan stone walls about three feet high create a
semi-enclosed patio area. The gentle scents of desert blossoms including
chrysanthemum, chamomile, jasmine, desert rose, papyrus blossom, and lotus
blend and waft through the area. Small arrangements of these flowers are
made upon the wooden round tables. Unlike those inside, these are the
genuine flora. The tables are arranged with four chairs each.

Sentiments appreciated O2, but I'm not sure if this was a bug or if someone actually summoned the NPCs in. They were able to removed in such a manner.

The B5 spoof is hilarious. <3

Its because I attacked a summoned merchant from the north there and they appeared in the room.

It isn't much of a mystery, the obese NPC has a script to call for assistance when attacked. The script obviously doesn't check for a room, so it'll fire in any law area.
