There is a book in the North, the undead village, it talks about the halflings getting the power from a cloaked figure and using it to fend off the pirates destroying their land, if they can be necros, what's the difference in them being sorcs, magic is magic, right?

All I can say is I think halflings are to civil to be shamans or Barbians. I don't see any reason why they can't be sorcerors though.

You keep spouting this line of crap because you read it in Tolkien but have you actually been to the halfling villages in the game? Some of them are pretty savage.

The one up north especially. I don't know why there aren't shamans in it.

There's a difference between evil and barbarous savagery. Just because some builder thought that making scout NPCs feral was a good idea doesn't mean it is. As for my spouting a line of crap, That's your job, not mine. Don't forget to add some gore so it's cool.

Oh, we can't let people play orcs because that'd make no sense, letting a savage race like orcs get into pinnacles of civilization like the Midnight Council!

Let's let the gigantic stupid cowman be a PC race.

Because Giants weren't enough.
