I was cruising the skill/spells lists on these forums and noticed something about detecting. First of all, paladins are able to only detect invis, why is that, why not both? Hellions can hide and go invis so it would kind of make sense that it would be in a pallys interests to look into it. Secondly, hellions do get both detect invis and detect hidden, but detect hidden is initiate level (not without a god afaik) and detect invis is novice. Is there a reason they are not the same level of difficulty? They are both novice level spells for everyone else which would make me think that they are or at least should be. If one is easier than the other, I would think it would be easier to see someone hiding with magical aid than someone invisible.

::shrug::

Just a couple things I noticed and was curious about.

Magic always leaves a trace, Harry. Sometimes the best way to keep something safe is to Hide in Plain Sight.

not bad reasoning for the difference in level... why the difference in hellions only though? And why do paladins get neither?
