Because now the harlequin and midnight council are utterly useless?

So two cabals are utterly useless because they can't gank people in front of judges? You can still do it...everywhere else without punishment. I think you're making a really big deal out of this, which it isn't.

Bwahahaha. Stupidest thing I've ever heard. If you think that's all those two spells can be used for, you really need to explore their functionality a bit more.

I mean against judges / jailbreaks, which used to be fun will now be a waste of time and useless.

I might edit this post later and say something witty about CRS track records.

Is is a nerf, though, I see what you're saying. Or perhaps a buff, from perspectives, but either way, there are still ways to do what you want. Judges don't banish yet, Torrum style, do they?

You really dont see the point here, do you?

Your breaking someone out of jail...just to get yourself thrown in jail later?

That would be rather stupid.

Applying real-world logic to a fantasy game is stupid, I know, but... I mean... I'm trying to suspend my disbelief and its not working, man. Maybe if the Judge couldn't actually outlaw you while it was in combat, or something? That makes sense and means, if you win, that you're in the green.

It brings an element of risk to the jailbreak, and risk is the base element of fun in a game, is it not?
