Yea, that comes up based on the email you enter. If it's in the system you're good, else it thinks you're lying.

Remember that typing an email in that field that doesn't work means you'll have no recourse if you need Dulrik to retrieve your character for any reason.

1. valid email = Dulrik may be able to reset your character
2. invalid email = Dulrik can't help you

still, if not new to SK, but using new email, the survey at that time would be bloated and probably not accurate, right?

I don't think you can bypass the email entry. I tried, since my email was in limbo and didn't want to use my soon-to-be-defunct-at-the-time account and have someone change it within a week or so, but it kept asking me for an email. I don't see the reason behind not being able to bypass the answer, as it doesn't stop anyone from having more than one character linked to them, still can't log them in at the same time.

You can type no to the are you new question, and still put in a new e-mail, and that question won't be prompted.
