Yeah i know, 'wha?'

Do NPC's like pets/charms get hungry like PC's? If I feed my lion, is he going to heal faster?

From my experience, no. Feeding your pets doesn't seem to have any effect.

Now you have me wondering... but I don't think NPCs need to feed myself.

Nah, NPC's starve all the time. It doesn't affect their regen rates.
