Not really, it's not giving an advantage to anything combat wise, at least as far as I've written it up. Just an advantage to the newbies. Allows people to train up faster, etc.

How I Would Make End Game Content For SK - by Parnys

I think it is unfair for there to be only one of a unique item. Every one is special and should be able to have their own unique item. We should make unique items only unique for each person so you can only have one. That way people would feel unique and you could do end game content like instances for a reason. I think it is wrong that people get to hoard items and think they're more special than other people. Jimmy took my plus one power staff that shoots lightning in recess and won't give it back. I tried to get another but the monster told me he only had one. I think that is a bad thing.

Additionally, as Teron has no tribunal. A merchants guild could be added, they don't really run the place... but they can claim territory for Teron?
