TRS would need to really be something entirely different from CRS if tribunals are to be considered something entirely different from cabals. The entire system it would take is so rooted in paradigms and available resources that I doubt we meager players really would be the most appropriate sources of ideas on it, beyond civilized feedback on why CRS is bad or good.

I like the idea of controlling outposts to gain a boon better then this idea which only causes a bane.

The orginal problem is far more easily solved. If you want a meaningful war with another tribunal, go make arrangments on the faction leader board. Fun PK/RP ideas aren't that hard to develop.

TRS is all about forcing a tribunal into a war. Tribunals get forced to defend their cities enough, thanks. Meaningless PK should not be crowned with benefits.

If you dig around in these forums you'll find a very comprehensive thread on a good tribunal warfare system that revolved around actually being able to destroy a city physically and economically.

Just adding crs to the cities is a terrible idea.

There will be no CRS for cities. I am going to go out on a limb and say that while Turon does follow the old school thought of CRS, I feel that player trends will show us better that they enjoy it much more than they used to. Its much more palatable and while I'm sure there's issues, I'd like to point out that the raiding system is seeing as much use as ever. That's not because people hate it. The background might be that it was hated, but there've been a vast number of improvements to the system and it is a strong part of the game now.

Tribunals have their system. Kill bountymobs or warparties. These are ways to raid cities. If that's not dangerous enough, just go freaking PK your enemy. I don't think that any of these ideas are what Dulrik actually has in mind for tribunals in the future.
