Okay, gates, summons and teleport, those made sense. But why can't I manifest to an inn?

it's a bleeding inn, why the hell would anyone make them no-transport

you should not feel safe in an inn

Like I said, I didn't mind it as much when I thought it was just gates/summons/teleports, since it's not that hard to move one room to the left or right before you make a gate, but when half the damn MUD uses inns as RP locations, it's a real pain to try manifesting to someone anymore(of the eight people I knew on the Who List, only one of them was NOT in an inn).
