Staves

The lag on staves is horrendous. Personally I don't see them as viable in a PvP context because of the low amount of art that can be applied to them and the high amount of lag that the brandish command induces on the any player character. Furthermore, outside of PvP it's just plain annoying to have to wait about 3 rounds of time to be able to act again.

Sleep staves are still OP

Then weaken sleep staves, instead of getting stunned for 3 rounds to brandish a flight stave

Sometimes comon sense fails to find its rightful place in this world.

Give everyone charm staves. that would certainly cure the issues!!!
