Quality of armor doesn't make any real difference, resizing does limit the amount of enchants an item will take, and grep needs to come up with better material.

Also, everything Felgus said was wrong.

The enchant slot taken up by resizing, is that only if you cast shrink/enlarge on it or does that apply to tailors and smiths to?
