I think HELP TITLE specifically prohibits blink because it's just too damn annoying to be shown there. :D

I thought it implied that it may be used tastefully... However struggle to think of a tasteful use.

Someone let me know if there's a blinking title. I now disable blinking as a part of installing any client. I do hate the blinkage even though I suppose I am certainly one of the reasons that help title now prohibits the use of blinking. Ensley had a blinking title, but ever since I've avoided the use of blinking almost exclusively.

It's the standing practice of some imms to slay for blinking titles...this was written elsewhere, but I don't remember where.
