OMG I can hardly accept that griffons in SK are sentient beings that can talk, how will I see them singing and dancing?

They're half bird. Birds sing. Holy stretch of the imagination.

No they don't. They squeek, or in the best cases they chirp. They can not sing, and most certainly, can't dance either.

Neither can some people, yet there are human bards. :P

Seriously though, birds make music, and lots of animals "dance." To think that it would look like YOU would dance is simply silly.

First of all, this video is hilarious.

Second of all, generally all birds both dance and sing as part of their mating rituals if nothing else. It largely depends on the kind of sexual dimorphism you see inherent in a given avian species.

For instance, the common grey parrot will do the chest bump, wrestle, and peck each others beaks in a rythm.

Meanwhile, a lady gouldian finch will spiral around their chosen mate in a crazy pattern, and the bird with the most intricate rythm is highly favored by the female. They also sing to each other to reassure their mate that they are where they are supposed to be.
