TRYING not to hate delves--in other words, struggling with enmity--is perfectly valid enmity RP. Actually not giving a flip whether the dude you're sitting next to is delven or human, on the other hand, is stupid.

The Validity for PK can always be found, whether your the best RP'r ever, or not, you can find a good reason to PK someone even if it's something queer, ie:
PKr: Send that message to the Hammer!
PKd: That your aiding them?
PK'r: Oh your at war with the hammer?
PK'd: Yes so I'll let em know they got Necro on team
PK'r: Jloot anyway cuz I'm bad and you said you don't like undead that
one time. And I'm a bad necromancer so I don't like that!!
PK'd: So why did you kill me?
PK'r: Your the first person I saw.

Really, though, LB. What were you getting at? It isn't easy to follow at all, and I'm positive if anything like that was offered as "valid" RP for a PK, it would have been denied.
