[Skills help] Eye Gouge

Syntax: gouge

Eye gouge allows a rogue, drawing on their own knowledge of magical poisons to blind an opponent. After poisoning the weapon with something that prevents restorative magic the rogue plunges the weapon into their opponent's eye socket. The first use of this skill will remove an eye causing a permanent loss to accuracy. If used again it it will permanently blind the character. Since the eye-ball has been removed a cure blindness will have no effect. Additionally, due to the poison, regeneration spell will not cause the eye to grow back.

Just because we all agree that rogues are under powered.

Ah, but what about a cure poison followed by a regeneration?

Crippling Strike

[Skills help] Crippling Strike

Syntax: Cripple

Crippling Strike utilizes the rogue's extensive knowledge of anatomy to strike the lower spine with such clinical precision as to permanently cripple the victim's lower extremities. This form of paraplegia not only inflicts gruesome damage but permanently makes the victim lose their footing and changes their adjective to 'crippled'. While this condition may be cured by a regeneration, the victim is sure to lose friends as the healers are required to manually walk to the victim or bother someone else for a summon or gate.

I passionately dislike having blindness on NPCs. Please remove.

There are items which cure blindness in the game, right? Start purchasing, brewing, or finding them.

This is the funniest response in the whole thread, Archy :P

Have any idea how much those storebought potions cost? Do you know how many you need just to train in a leveling area where NPCs cast blindness/color spray? It's out of any practical question, at least for a player who does not multiplay.

There's a zero percent chance of a barb, merc, rogue, scout, paladin, or priest NPC to land a blindness spell on you.

Food for thought.

What about a priest NPC of an unnamed faith, but some rare chance, managed to cast the faith spell before you killed it?

[EDIT]Removed the name of the faith that had that spell[/EDIT]
