Arguably, if you are not worthy of a sneer from even the evil, you are not worthy of delvenship. Have you spoken with some of the quest-related casters in the delven city? It is obvious they are a corrupt, vile people unworthy of admiration.

Nerina is meant to be darkie-tolerant, not gray. Nerina holds to its laws and principles. Gray is by definition selfish. Besides, a corrupt administration has no reason not to sell out to either the Hammer or the Midnight Council.

I thought the builder intended to remove all the sneers against deep-elves. But if some remain, they rightly reflect that some of Nerina's inhabitants don't have much use for dark-auras. Heck, Nerina is dependent on griffon bounty NPCs, and how much love have griffons ever had for deep-elves? Toleration is not the same as an open hand of friendship.

Oh, I fully understand that. My earlier post was intended to prove that the sneer still happens, as someone said it had been removed. I would hate Nerina if it were removed.
