Either make it not require concentration (and set it on a timer), or make it so that it does not hit the entire group.

It is annoying for people who know that the 'light concentration' isn't as low as it might seem, to release it from pets/casters and misleading to people who naturally assume that this innocuous group-affecting spell naturally has a concentration upkeep to match it.

Excellent idea. Vote goes to timer.

Actually, considering how marginally powerful bless is (or at least seems to be) just taking it off concentration wouldn't break anything too horribly. Also it would be cool for a priest to be able to give out his gods blessing as a sort of token, without having to run around concentrating on a stupid spell.

Like jvj said, bless is pretty much useless anyway. Might as well take the concentration away from it.

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. I was so tired of having to hold concentration on blesses that I gave away as a 'Lord Ain watch over you' sort of inn RP. So tired, in fact, I gave up on doing it. A timer would be great.

I just wanted more concentration available as a priest.

I even tried to start a concentration camp in Zhenshi to make it happen.

That did not go over well. . .

I don't think buffing concentration would be a reasonable balance. Removing the concentration from bless seems feasible and innocuous.

Isn't bless like, really good at GM? I thought it was level dependant. I've heard that Bless can be better then the prayer spell up you get from law NPCs.

As a bard player, I like it when my NPC priests can pray for me and that's the end of it. If it were on a timer, you'd be forcing us poor bards (and tribunal members) to make a trip to the priest NPCs and go through the risky persuasion business again.

If you put it on a timer, please give it the same timer as magical vestment, because if there's to be a change to an ability to a priest, it should suit the bards.

Because there are so many of us.

I'm bad at sarcasm.
