Speech recognition software is getting better all the time.

Of course, if anyone hears you repeatedly saying "kill dwarf" while you do the dishes you might find some white coats at your front door fairly quickly.

Supposedly Microsoft is working diligently on speech recognition software to work in tandem with Windows 7 to essentially run a computer entirely by voice and make word processing through Office as seamless as possible. Which is interesting because Apple has been doing the same thing since the inception of the iPhone and slightly before.
